Firstly, Mac Fix Plus has been the biggest favourite of the month by far. There’s so much hype around this product and I never tried it before apart from when I decided to give it a try. The concept behind this product is you basically spray it onto your face after doing your makeup to set everything in place and give it that smooth and finished look. I like to spray this on my face after I’ve finished doing my makeup but also when I’m setting my under eye concealer. I spray a bit on my beauty blender, blend the concealer in and I find it highlights the area so well and makes everything look refreshed.
Sticking with Mac products, I picked up the Mac Fusion Pink Lipstick. I’m a huge fan of Mac Ruby Woo lipstick but I do find it super drying on my lips and I wanted a red lipstick that was more moisturising and easy to apply. I do prefer a creamy lipstick and I think that’s why I love this one so much. It’s definitely not as red as Ruby Woo – I think everyone would agree that Ruby Woo is a classic red shade but this one is more on the pink side.
Believe it or not, I had never tried Revolution products before I picked up the Blush Goddess Palette. I’ve been wearing this a lot recently and I love how all the shades are wearable. The blush shades aren’t too bright and I don’t look like someone’s slapped my cheeks! The top row are more highlighting shades. They’re so soft, really easy to blend and for £6 you can’t go wrong.
Last but not least, moisturising again is such a chore for me. I always forget to do it apart from before I need to fake tan and I should do it more often than I do! I think it’s one of those things that everyone forgets. It’s the same as cleaning makeup brushes! The Vaseline Spray Moisturiser has saved my life because you literally just spray it onto your body and rub it in. It absorbs instantly and leaves my skin feeling and smelling amazing. I highly recommend the Cocoa one because it just smells amazing.
That’s it for my favourites but let me know what products you’ve been loving and leave me a comment below!
