My Birthday Trip To Brighton

You know those particular photos you can look back at and instantly smile? This is one them. Every time I look at these pictures, I just want to go back to the whole weekend. For my birthday last month myself and my family took a trip to Brighton - there's something different about being away for your birthday, and I'm rarely at home for mine every single year. It couldn't have been more perfect!

We stayed just outside of Brighton in a place called Worthing in this Premier Inn. Worthing itself was like a mini Brighton. From Worthing it takes about half an hour to get into Brighton and I would highly recommend staying there if you don't want to stay in Brighton itself. You literally stepped out of the Premier Inn, crossed a road and you were on the beach. The hotel is brand new with glass detailing and it was perfect. I especially loved how the beach had fairy lights above it which in the night made it look very pretty.

When we went into Brighton itself the day before my birthday, it was quite later on in the evening, we hit the chip shop (obviously!) and had chips on the beach watching the sunset. We then walked along the beach and I was taking so many pictures - Brighton really is the best photo opportunity!

The next day it was my birthday and I woke up to lots of lovely messages over on my Twitter, and opened my presents in bed at the hotel. After a cooked breakfast by the seafront looking out onto the beach, we went back into Brighton. When I spotted Space NK and Mac, the blogger in me was very excited. I picked up a new Nars Sheer Glow Foundation and Mac Prep and Prime Highlighter and I was a happy girl...literally.

You can't go to Brighton and not have a GBK, so next on the cards was a big birthday burger. It was absolutely delicious and I wish they had one closer to where I live because I would be in there all the time! I felt like I needed a map around Brighton though because the lanes were very confusing! Every time I go there I always get confused, just me?!

So there we have it, my Birthday trip to Brighton done and dusted. I had the most amazing time, and I wish I could do the two days all over again. One thing I love about photos is you can look back on them and it brings back so many memories which is why I wanted to document these photos on here for me to look back on.
Lots of Love,
Beth x
